i learning to be strong n confident in my skills. part 1last wk, this old man nearly coded in the xray department. n i was the onli 1 there. the radiographer don not anything, she kept insisting the pt can go for CT scan. wth, Saturation is dropping la. 73%, kept coughing. chesty. i almost stood there n cry. called my in charge back in the ward, she tot mi wat to do. i noe i must do suctioning but the fact tat i don dare to do. but i manage in the end. seriously, he almost coded. i will die standing if it reali happened.part 2going out duty soon. answered the last col bell of the day, din realise she freak mi off. she said some1 is looking at her n ask mi to chase 'it' off... WTH!!!! my hair stand la. acting calm by asking her to hold on, n asked my in charge to handle. kaoz.... they moved her to another bed. i din dare to walk in. lolx.part 3i reali hate suctioning. when ward is too busy, i reali cant ask any1 to help or supervise mi la. just DO it myself la. abit useless though but reali no guts. 2day is another super busy day. din had the time to pee, drink or sit. no matter hw busy, i will still eat but 2day reali no time to eat. i understand when some1 is reali busy, this is the situation. u rather control ur bladder, save the time walking to the toilet n used it to do ur wrk.just walking briskly for the whole morning serving med, stat dose, do changes, OT cases. in fact all of us is busy la. time passes fast. the IVs is killing mi especially in the morning. n hate most when brannular is blocked. shit!

i have been going hme late frm wrk lately. admission kept flowing in n my 'dear' sis cut staffing. she is nuts la. knowing is mon n still cut dwn staff. we had 11pt on sun, we done 8 admission on mon afternoon, n 7 admission this morning. 1 time came 2 admission. wao lao, hu can handle this nonsense. n operation is another hr times. siao la!
but life is challenging wft this kind of nonsense. it keeps my heart palpitating.

i m doing junior wrk. its been awhile since i ever did tat. n i m practically answering the call bells. i m at the losing end la, dr's round, if i m there, i supposed to follow. den left my junior wrk nt done.
i hate coll bells. sometimes is just un-ncessary stuff.
i tot doin junior can avoid them frm colling mi after wrk. wth, col kept coming in.
my sis very GD. almost send mi to die. she doesnt wan to assist him to off drain. ask mi to do. reason: she has a bad experiencing wft him. wth... when i m in there, she doing everything la. in the 1st place ask mi to assist him n her ass is there.

isnt gd to find some1 u can tok to anything under the sun. those personal, reali personal stuff. even by telling her, u wont b embarassed. sharing n exchanging experiences, ideas. haha.. can be quite funny but when saying, there's no barrier.
i m living in a diff time frm him. my wrking time doesnt match his especially when i m doing night duties. tough challenge. 12hrs msg n reply. lolx. its weird la. but wat to do!

we had 3 falls in a wk. my colleagues said, it is followed by 3 to complete a cycle. TRUE enough.
1st
this old lady is confused. she get up in the middle of the nite wanting to pass urine despite having a urine catether. found on the floor. scan shows #.
2nd
hw can a stroke pt even fall wft cot side up n wife as watcher?
3rd
he sat on the comode, the next moment found lying on the floor.
OMEN!this old lady made me stretch my muscle when i ran to her, saw her siting at the edge of the bed side. wth. don noe whether is she reali confused? she can complain to the doc tat we nurse her at the corridor. n i m having hard time conversing wft her in cantonese. hahaha. at least she understands. lucky my last nite, she was soundly asleep. BUT....my last nite was a SHIT nite. kept cleaning n changing diapers. n wat.. this pt played wft his shit. gross! most pt having fever. the best thing i can do is to freeze the room. hahaha. guess wat, they are afebrile. hahahahahaha!actually most importantly is hu u r wrking wft. a gd team can reali make u end wrk on time wft all ur things properly done. i had a few pt during my last nite compared to previous but i went hme at 8am. thanks goodness i m wrking wft her for the last nite. i just don noe y we r busy when wrking wft her when cases r actually light.i hate doing nite. time passes slow n i m eating alot in the nite to keep awake. having urine retention coz i m afraid to use the toilet. i don even look at the mirrors in the nite. REFLECtION!!!!

i going on night duty again. i hate to do night. tired, lack of staff n can be busy at times. argh! n sis had the intention to be us in charge during nite. wth, we r onli few months old, nt ready, stable to take control of things. brainless freak!
been watching movies lately. 'connected, all boys love marylane, eagle eye, my best fren ger.' hmm... thinking hard whether to change my status. or be single is the best? hahaha. anyway, he just entered army. probably be mre MAN n i wil like it. hahahaha.
