i went to observe 4 opts! 2 excision of ankle lump, 1 total hyterectomy n the remval of stone in bladder.
most painful for them was the removal of stone on a male. they insert a metal tubing, in it, a wire is inserted... den the metal tubing is like a camera, it can view n c where the stone is lying ard. frm the tv, the stone is big, the doc grab hole of it using the wrire n brought it out. during the period, the stone drop half way, the doc had to reinsert the tubing n grab it out thru the urethral hole. IMAGINE!!! thought he is unconscious, but when he wakes up!!! ER!!!! can feel the pain!!! ARGH!!! cant imagine!
hyterectomy was similar to the cassearn i saw ytd. the cuting of the skin... but this time, the doc had to remove her uterus(womb). n it was quite a long procedure i saw 2day. took abt 1h15mins. sew layer by layer. uterus was small compare to a woman to had just delivered!
cant wait for this posting to be over... i cant imagine having lunch for this wk... i m going to b starved. the food is so.... i rather prefer Food court n nt a cafe! everyday wearing the cap for 8hrs shift. so uncomfortable wearing a mask! all the nurses wears the mask... when they removed it, i cldnt recognise hu is hu...

yA! 2day, suba, nana n liyana was shock to c mi. they cldnt recognize mi frm far. a new look la. my mum was so pleased wft my hair cut n my dad finally noticed my hair changed! nanny oso like it. like a old mi i used to b! lolx.
enjoyments r over. i had a fun weekend. everyday out frm afternoon till nite. wat a waste, i cant go to HK. clashes wft my attachment. anyway, SHE concert in malaysia is confirmed. going regardless of attachment or nt. i m going to take MC!
attachment had just begun. OT posting this wk. 2day is recovery area... vitals signs 1 after another. lunch was pathetic. 2 scoop of weep potatoe, 4 small carrots, 1 broccoli & 1 miserable chicken. n it is so bloody in it. it worth $1.50. it is troublesome to change into uniform, so we followed the staff n ordered frm the 'ah ma'. she will delievered it to us. so we whole day wearing cap n gown! dumb!
saw a cassearn(don noe the spelliNg)... i immediatly thought hw great is my mum. the pain she was suffering, carrying mi for 36weeks. so wonderful. but the procedure was disgusting....
she cut opened the lower abd, slice a line, use a smething to pick ur the skin n slowly sliced it open... den she asked her assisstant, "did u have ur lunch 2day?". they both use thier strength n stretched the tummy open. i mean STENGTH.... yucks! use their hands n dig open, finding for the womb, cut it layer after another n found TARGET! BABY!!! slowly pushing the baby, saw the head, pull out the baby grabbing by the head! DONE!
bring OUT the womb n stitch it!!!! mind u... is bring OUT!!!! n den stuff it into the abdominal again. do another layer to the don noe wat u col...(bio nt pro) n finally stitch the skin.
wondering y she??? there is a male doc.. or i shld say doc in charge of this lady. he din particpate onli for the pushing of the baby n intubation! i oso having question marks all over... the lady who did the procedure seems to be just a nurse! n yt so pro!!!! m i wrong?

6oct- just receive the pic frm joy! after our exams ended, tats when we met up. vell's came back frm 1 month aust trip, brought back the accent. OMG! she was communicating wft us. we laughed at her each time she opened her mouth. just so bitchy! ting's bf was communicating wft her, imitating the way she speaks. just so funny! she just wants to irritate us.
we had the celebration in WARAKU de pasta! the place is damm freaking hot. though is air-con but we suspect they din pay the PUB bill. 1 pathetic fan facing germs direction for us. imagine!!! somre i m nt use to this hot weather after coming back frm japan's trip.
as usual, we crapped, toking about vell's happening in aust, attachment! the food was ok. small portion! but just nice for mi! every1 having diff "cakes" for bdae. 6inch subway, cookies, nw dounuts. weird huh! special i wld say tat!
after lunch, we had drinks at coffee club. ice-cream is all we NEED! followed by photo- taking. Uncle was the cam man! helping us wft all the pic! haha!

felt so unfair... though "life is nv fair". we know hw to do everything in the store, except for counting money n apart for opening the can of olives! practically, everything we r skillful. yet she can paid the same as us. she only wrks on sat. damm it. on the fit of anger, i just don wan to wrk. forgo $ n want my pride. smre she din ask for pay rise, n we asked for it.

got back frm genting on thur 18oct. this trip was fun. we had 2 nites free stay in genting. 1st nite, went to watch resident evil. 5RM movie tix. don noe wheather is a trend for them to tok loudly in the cinema. so inconsiderate. practically conversing thru out the movie. some violent n frightening scene.... scare unty linda... funny xia.
2nd day, we went dwn to KL to shop. YJ noe the place so he brought us dwn to shop. kinda rush. but i manage to browse thru times squ. alot of shops! we had big feast for lunch. had the 2 bowls of frog wine soup or pig wine soup.. anyway, is wine. i din drink it. dint like the taste. but this drink is for confinment women. wanton noodles.. big bowl. n curry veg. yummy!!! we ta bao 1/2 kg of duck n some char siew, 2 pac of hor fun back to genting for supper. genting food r ex, somre nt tasty! back to hotel, went for foot massage... 48Rm. i noe is ex but my foot hurts.
3rd day, left room early to do last min shopping in genting. had Marry brown for breakfast. something different. anyway, my mum gave mi 400RM.. i spent everything. she still remind n warn mi nt to buy rubbish! i told her "wat is rubbish to u is nt rubbish to mi" lolx...

japan trip was supposed to be 7 days..
day 1:
took 0110 SQ flight to Osaka, kansai airport. i slpt thru out. onli ate supper n miss breakfast in the plane. lucky i din eat coz i would have vomited.
day2:
landed ard 8+. kansai airport is damm freaking hot. i think they wanted to save electricity. i expected to be COOL! we met our tour guide. wow!! she is pretty for her age la. anyway, she brought us up to our bus. briefing starts! we went to universal studio. so tiring. u cant imagine. i din reali enjoy myself there. bought nth even. hello kitty is nice but i don like. there is so many ppl crowding the cartoon character once they r out. i don even have the chance to take a photo. sian! nth much there! we were out of tat place at 4pm n headed to Osaka- shinasaibashi for dinner as well as shopping. well, i tot i was going to enjoy. but the stuff there r ex. shoes r nt worth to buy! coz it get be gotten in s'pore. n it is autumn. clothings r all long sleeves! back to hotel!!! we bought grapes to eat. this is different. there is wine taste! cool right!
day 3:
frm osaka went dwn to toyohashi. we went to visit temple, deer park. the deers r walking freely la. damm scared! it was raining. we went back to hotel n had a chit chat session. toking about our journey for the next day. is was damm fun la. all the aunties was toking n they drank jap wine n was toking nonsense. lol!!!
day 4:
took the bullet train frm toyohashi to hammamatsu. mt fuji we went. haha. resembles like genting. i mean the roads. had ear block. hate it! is was freaking cold up there. but SHIOK. i wrote post card to my dad n mum. hehe. cheap la. tats y i send! 2day just spend our time in the bus. we went to 2 places for sight seeing n went back to hotel. is was like onli 7pm Sin time. of coz nt going to slp. we waited for 10+ den go for hot spring. hehe. naked to go in. pai seh xia. we tot no1 will enter.. din realise 2 ladies frm our tour grp came in... SHIT LA!! i don dare to face them. knowing myself is nt well developed as mine! hehe! damm relax after the hot spring. went up to change n came dwn for a walk. this is nt a hotel, mre like a inn n there is no other tour grp. onli US.. 19 of us!
day 5:
going to visit another temple n say bye to hammamatsu. going to tokoyo city. well, i tot i can shop. but the things r nt suitable. time is so rush. tour grp u noe!! got a certain time to mit. 1 hr to shop the lane is nt enuff. just browse!
day 6:
fast hor... 6th day already. bought nth much! i left wft 300+.. i brought 500+! disneyland! my fav... after this, we heading to another town. so tat all in tokoyo! 1 day!!! u think enuff! disneyland was disappointing. it is big compare to hk. but hk is mre organised. if u wan to take a photo wft a character, must Q... but in japan.. all rushing! sianz! we played a few games la.. all must Q n is long Q.. sianz again! i wanted to get the chip n dale popcorn container... wtf.. when we walked, there is none selling. it is sold out. sianz triple. short day long nite. abt 5, the sky is getting darker. we skip thru toontown n headed to play the cars... hehe.. tat was fun. driving the car dwn the track. baby tris drove her own while her mum step on the paddle. hehe! she kept looking back to c us... so cute! we watched the parade. is doesnt interest mi coz i cant get my chip n dale!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we had chinese dinner n back to hotel off tokoyo. it is at narita!
day 7:
took our breakfast n prepared to leave to spore. n nw i m here blogging! but at least i took a pic wft the tour guide.
the tour guide is a singaporean but stayed in japan for 10 over yrs. she doesnt look like a mother of a 15 yr old kid. she can tok for 3hrs w/o stopping n repeating. although i smetimes nt interested in her toking, i would admire her. just look so pleasing to admire la! lolx. she damm nice la.
overall, this trip is mre to sight seeing. every nite we r moving hotels n city. most sian thing is i onli spend 1 nite in tokoyo. din reali shop n leave the city already. wat to do, tour grp is like this. but we enjoyed ourself toking n walking 2gather as a grp. hehe!
