heard of creutzfeldt-Jakob diease? hw did it happen? symptoms?
i had almost encountered another code. lucky it wasnt for active code. BP n SAo2 suddenly dropped despite of the increase of oxygen. i hate this thing to happen during my shift n it was my team. i shld have seen mre of this during student times. at least i m prepared n knows wat's the next step.

the next moment another pt irritates mi. the surgery had already been explained to him n last min tel mi he doesnt want the OP. "HUH" was my 1st response. wth...

i m going on nite shift. tat's pretty fast. more discharges less admission!
