i went to observe 4 opts! 2 excision of ankle lump, 1 total hyterectomy n the remval of stone in bladder.
most painful for them was the removal of stone on a male. they insert a metal tubing, in it, a wire is inserted... den the metal tubing is like a camera, it can view n c where the stone is lying ard. frm the tv, the stone is big, the doc grab hole of it using the wrire n brought it out. during the period, the stone drop half way, the doc had to reinsert the tubing n grab it out thru the urethral hole. IMAGINE!!! thought he is unconscious, but when he wakes up!!! ER!!!! can feel the pain!!! ARGH!!! cant imagine!hyterectomy was similar to the cassearn i saw ytd. the cuting of the skin... but this time, the doc had to remove her uterus(womb). n it was quite a long procedure i saw 2day. took abt 1h15mins. sew layer by layer. uterus was small compare to a woman to had just delivered!cant wait for this posting to be over... i cant imagine having lunch for this wk... i m going to b starved. the food is so.... i rather prefer Food court n nt a cafe! everyday wearing the cap for 8hrs shift. so uncomfortable wearing a mask! all the nurses wears the mask... when they removed it, i cldnt recognise hu is hu...
