wat have i been doing after exams r over??? ATTACHMENT!!! 3 wrks posting in genotology ward. i m trying hard to converse wft the elderly wft dialects... Hokkien, Teochew & cantonese! they speak is totally hard for mi to catch. i will "HUH" den they will repeat wat they say, frm there, i slowly catch wat they r toking about. hehe. they can b as old as 93yrs old. i inserted a nasogastric tube on a 93yr old elderly. i tell u, she was agitated. insist on having oral intake. well, of coz she cant coz the ST have nt review her case. so hard pain to carry on the procedure. but in the end, her relative came n explained to her tat she cant eat. co-operative after the next feeds. she is cute.. she will ask, "where is her milk?" den we will tell her, "nt time yt la ah po"(in canto).
our mad CI say tat there will be no case study to be done but ended up, she wants us to do 30 ward stock medication. we tot we can enjoy this posting la! although is gd to learn the drugs but.. 30 leh. smre got drugs test. siao lor.
1 of the morning shift, she came up to mi n ask mi to serve med. wao lao, totally nt prepare n don even noe the drugs. i told her i don noe. she say nvm.( i think she might noe those simple common drugs). but the shit is tat, i don noe anything, expect for lactulose n senna!!! she was like, augmentin u don noe??? wat about ferrous gluconate??? i reali don noe la! though it sounds familar but no IDEA!!! n the fuck thing is tat, our standard procedure is to ask the name b4 we dispense n b4 serving, must asked again rite!!!! i asked her, she scold mi SIAO, u just nw ask, nw ask again. FFFFF!!!! i took quite time to serve the med n the elderly impatient lady scolded mi. i was suppose to dilute her med but she say i so slow n she did it herself! wtf. ok nvm, doc ordered cream to apply to her freaking R knees. n i explained to her. she scolded mi la. she say is L knees pain nt R.. n i SAID "DOC ordered R knee but if ur L knee pain, i can apply it for u". "SIAO, R knee cream is for R knee". fuck la. den panodol for pain onli la, fever u don take la!!! n my CI say mi coz i din explain the cream to her properly tats y she fussed up!! eh, stupid ass hole, u have eyes to c hw fucking irritated she was!!!
den she gave mi feedback. aiya, as usual la. attitidue!!! ma jiang their slogan! come on, new sentence PLZ. this is too immune for mi to absorb. i don give a damm! anyway, as i say, i don take it to heart. forget it!
HSE posting @ polyclinic. i saw MIN MIN's sec fren. lol. went lunch wft her n i showed her min's video. the 1 she fell!( REM). i found a long lost "sis". she also kanna say by lect tat her atttidue nt rite. OMG.. i was tellling her... is OK, i understand ur feeling. ppl tend to judge us!!! i UNDERSTAND!!
